Meet The Wonky Glass Lady
The heart, hands and heat behind every colourful creation.
From a young age I found joy in crafting. I was inspired by a book called 'Make It' and my first project was a sewing case made from a lipstick container and a piece of felt.
Now, at nearly 65, I continue to knit, sew and explore new crafts. After retiring from the Probation Service, I established popular wellbeing craft groups with my daughter who I was home educating at the time. Through these groups, we found a passion for glass fusing, culminating in our emporium, QuirkwonkyGlass.

Made from a black square steel frame measuring 10mm x 10mm in thickness.
Modern-looking square-section design with each square section containing a fused glass panel depicting Foxglove-style flowers, measuring 18x9 cm.
Feet for secure fitting into ground or garden containers.
Size of trellis: 117cm high x 20cm wide.
Protecting from frost: better to keep it indoors maybe in a garden room or conservatory.
Remember - the beauty of my work is the absence of perfection - each item is unique and handcrafted by me.

Yes! If you’ve got a quirky idea or want a personalised piece, just head to the Custom Orders page or drop me a message—I'd love to bring it to life.

Most ready-made items ship within 3–5 working days. Custom pieces may take 2–3 weeks depending on complexity (and kiln mood swings).

Oh no! I pack every order with love and bubble wrap, but if something arrives damaged, please email me a photo within 48 hours so I can fix it or replace it.

Just a gentle wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid dishwashers or letting toddlers “test the durability.”
